Inside Out RV LLC is a family-owned RV repair company serving Snohomish County since 2015. We take pride in doing high-quality, long-lasting repairs and treating both our customers and team like family.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Apprentice RV Technician who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career—not just clock in and out.
We are looking for an employee who works both in the shop and in our mobile division. This person must be confident as they will be working in front of the client. This means they must be self-motivated and disciplined. They must possess the drive to learn, stay on task, and further their education by eventually becoming a certified RV technician. You will need to have tools or build your toolbox as you grow with our company.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and gain hands-on training in:
- RV electrical systems (AC/DC, batteries, converters, inverters, solar)
- HVAC systems (furnaces and A/C units)
- Plumbing systems (fresh, gray, and black water)
- LP systems (leak checks, repairs, installs)
- RV appliances (refrigerators, water heaters, etc.)
You’ll also assist with:
- Roof reseals and maintenance
- Slide-outs, awnings, and leveling systems
- Trailer wiring, brakes, and bearings
- Winterizations and general RV service
Some knowledge of the listed items below is a benefit, but not a dealbreaker.
- Truck/car hitches
- Ranchhand grill guards and bumpers

- LP Leak Detection, line repair, and new installs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
