RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All daily job duties including plant installation, general plant care, mulching, and installing materials
• Capability to lead as crew 2nd lead
• Maintain clean work site
• Quality installation & maintenance techniques
• Maintain truck & equipment
• Clean trucks and equipment
• Load & unload trucks
• Manage tools

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Resonates with IOD core values
• Passion for plants construction
• Comfortable driving company vehicles with trailers, can drive standard shift
• Can use simple tools (shovel, tape measure, etc.)
• Quick learning, willing to learn
• Is accountable & reliable
• Can do physical work all day
• Work outdoors/all weather conditions
• Follow basic directions directives
• No physical limitations
• Maintains positive environment
• Can lift 20-60 lbs.
• Follows all company policies
• Must have valid driver’s license

BONUS SKILLS, MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN:

• Ability to operate small and heavy machinery
• Knows proper installation and maintenance techniques
• Can distinguish a weed from a plant
• Pesticide applicator’s license
• DOT medical card

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Competitive pay, will commensurate with experience and skill
• No weekends, EVER.
• A balanced work-life schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday 8-12 weather dependent 38-45 hours - typically ½ to full day off on Friday
