Position Summary
This position will work with the development team in the Arts and Sciences Foundation on a special project to conduct individual reviews of each fundraiser’s portfolios of donor prospects. The university program manager will exercise a high level of independent decision-making, research, and expertise in prospect management and donor pipeline development. This position will be responsible for meeting individually with each of the development officers, conducting a thorough analysis of each portfolio, provide post-review recommendations and plan updates, keep detailed notes of action items, and provide training to Foundation team to maintain this type of work in the future.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment, of which at least one is supervisory or in a lead-worker capacity; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience
Experience working in prospect management and portfolio assessments in university development. Experience working with DAVIE or an equivalent CRM is preferred.
