Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing processes, including verification, distribution, and reporting
- Handle affidavit preparation, tracking, and submissions
- Reconcile and track incoming payments
- Maintain databases, logs, and underwriting files
- Update website content and prepare weekly reports/lists
- Review digital placements and broadcast schedules and support staff with coordination of on-air spots
- Create scripts and assist as needed
- A combination of post-high school education and work/office experience equal to a minimum of two years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled hours.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
