Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Support daily administrative tasks and overall office workflow
- Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook and Instagram
- Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and help grow online presence
- Capture and organize photo/video content (before & afters, office culture, educational posts)
- Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns (FB/IG ads)
- Track basic analytics and performance of campaigns
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Hands-on experience managing real business social media accounts
- Exposure to digital marketing strategy in a competitive, high-end industry
- Experience with paid advertising and campaign performance tracking
- Insight into branding within the aesthetics and healthcare space
