- Promoting and building pipelines and leads for student focused entrepreneurship events and workshops. Planning your business development activities, promoting programming across the university system.
- Serve as a front-line point of contact for students exploring entrepreneurship programming.
- Lead outreach to student organizations and campus partners to expand program visibility.
- Track student engagement data and maintain records.
- Compile program reports and surface insights for the team.
- Complete structured mid-term and final self-assessments reflecting on growth and career direction.
- Attend at least two entrepreneurship events as an observer/learner — not just a coordinator.
- Meet regularly with Ryan Rains (Director of Entrepreneurship Co-Curricular Programming) for mentorship and career exploration conversations.
- Enrollment in entrepreneurship coursework or minor, or demonstrated extracurricular engagement in entrepreneurship.
- Interest in careers supporting entrepreneurs (university centers, incubators, accelerators, economic development, venture support).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and iterative problem-solving.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Organized and good attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel, as evidenced in application materials.
- This is an hourly/non-exempt position.
