- Stewardship (thank you calls, notes and dropping off gifts to donors).
- Help plan and implement fundraisers.
- Solicit prizes for Audio-Reader’s golf tournament and other events.
- Create written and online content for various campaigns.
- Help plan engagement opportunities.
- Social media – create content and take pictures at events.
- Help plan, set up, and work events.
- Help create written and online content.
- Help at the Audio-Reader/KPR front desk.
- Help prepare mailings.
- Administrative duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products, as evidenced by application materials.
- Strong attention to detail, as evidenced in application materials.
- Previous experience working in an administrative/office setting, as evidenced by application materials.
- Previous experience in development and fundraising, as evidenced by application materials.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent audio editing software, as evidenced by application materials.
- Exceptional customer service skills, as evidenced by application materials.
- This is an hourly/non-exempt position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly/non-exempt position and a salaried/exempt graduate or undergraduate position (GRA/GTA/GA/RUA/RGA) concurrently.
