Assists Conference Center and Building Coordinator with daily tasks such as organizing files, processing mail, making deliveries within Cj and across campus, building recycle, fill paper in designated locations, conference room set-ups, office moves, assist with facilitating events and activities, must be able to lift 50 pounds, answer the phone and take complete messages, occasionally respond to emails, work well with all departments within CJ and across campus. Other duties as assigned

Must be able to work during the summer and when the campus is open
