Classification Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Description:
This position within the University Bursar's Office, is part of the Third Party Contracts team. The Third Party Contracts team coordinates and processes student and sponsor contracts/transactions, including Florida Prepaid and Veteran benefits to student accounts. This position assists with the day to day operations of the Third Party Contracts Team, including coordinating documentation requirements from students and sponsors, applying contracts to the student and sponsor accounts, invoicing sponsors, applying payments from sponsors and refunding overpayments. The incumbent in the position will deliver excellent customer service to students and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
Expected Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience
Preferred:
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate files, records, and work assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.
Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Ability to determine work priorities, assign work and ensure proper completion of work assignments.
Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data
