Position Summary
This part time research position in the Department of Surgery will play a supportive role for the Breast Surgical Oncology research portfolio. This person will provide expertise and support in research design and development, regulatory submissions, and database management.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
Exposure to direct patient contact in the hospital/clinic setting in a research context
Experience or familiarity with medical terminology, medical record chart review or data abstraction
Prior experience with translational science projects
Demonstrated ability to operate at a high degree of independence
Prior experience in breast surgical oncology research
