Key Responsibilities For This Position Include
- Provides general reference services in person and online;
- Provides excellent customer service: welcome patrons, enforce library policies, assist in opening and closing the library as needed;
- Conducts instructional sessions as part of the library’s information literacy program;
- Provides computer-related assistance to patrons in library lab areas;
- Assists with the creation of research guides and online tutorials in support of library instruction and other library services;
- Oversees library facilities and ensure smooth operations at assigned campus location;
- Contributes to special projects as assigned;
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of College Libraries

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an American Library Association (ALA)-accredited program, or anticipated completion by December 2025
- Service-oriented, reliable, and flexible
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Academic library experience, knowledge of emerging technologies, and experience working with a diverse population
