Position Summary
The purpose of the Program Manager is to lead, develop and execute various projects on behalf of the Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative, as well as support organization development in conjunction with the Director. Specific projects range from the strategic partnership with GEDA, launching a Rural Innovators Cohort (RIC), and supporting projects involving external Consultants, implementation and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The Project Manager will also support the Consulting Engagement, Communications and Membership teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, comfort with complex stakeholder environments, and the ability to translate broad strategic goals into detailed work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s and 0-2 years’ experience; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams. Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills. Comfort working with clinical experts, health system partners, and external consultants.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience
Experience in program management in healthcare, academic, or nonprofit settings (experience with multi-year grants strongly preferred).
