Anticipated Salary Range
Starting at $45,000, commensurate with education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversees testing services, including test preparation, appointment registration, and exam proctoring.
- Creates and maintains an exam schedule in coordination with FSU Panama City Camps staff and exam sponsors.
- Responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to exam appointments.
- Grants refunds to paying clients when appropriate.
- Carefully reviews exam requirements and works with technical staff and fiscal staff to meet these requirements.
- Regularly gathers, analyzes, and reports service data pertaining to exam traffic and irregularity reports.
- Maintains operational knowledge of multiple testing platforms including PearsonVue, Certiport, CompTIA, TOSA and other certification vendors.
- Verifies candidate identity, monitors testing sessions, maintains exam security, prepares testing workstations and ensures environment meets security standards.
- Maintains close working relationship with proctoring service provider(s) in order to stay apprised of new features, known issues, and best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
- A valid State of Florida or Georgia Driver’s License or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
- Prior experience in working in a University Testing environment.
- Prior experience working with PearsonVue, Certiport, CompTIA, TOSA and other certification vendors.
