- Implementing and maintaining a SharePoint hub to track a high-level and complex research project for a team of eight researchers at multiple institutions. Developing and maintaining spreadsheets to track individual technical assistance projects.
- Coordinating regular meetings with Towson University (TU) and non-Towson University faculty and staff, with notetaking and following up on action items discussed during meetings
- Responsible for all project budgets being spent in accordance with the planned budget, producing expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices for completed work completed; required to learn Towson University’s systems and processes.
- Supporting research team with organizing site visits and travel arrangements.
- Establishing travel arrangements for MCCS team and for partners to visit campus.
- Managing technical assistance communication supports via social media, email, Mailchimp, TU and community partners.
- Supporting annual conventions and other technical assistance events on TU’s campus.
- Participating in regular check-in meetings with the Director of MCCS for additional support as needed
Qualifications And Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four years’ experience in administrative staff work

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Drive, Zoom, Social Medica, Mailchimp and Bit.ly
- Experience with budgeting and working on complex projects
- Experience working in a university setting
- Demonstrated strength in project management, organization, communication and attention to detail
