Major Duties
- Supports transfer credit review
- Builds eCampus courses in Banner 9 (SIS)
- Responds to and processes student and faculty questions, forms, and requests
- Assists with transcript downloading and enrollment verification
- Processes in house Registrar forms including but not limited to roster correction forms, major changes, degree adjustments and substitutions, catalog term changes, and grade changes
- Assists with certifying the completion of degree requirements
- Performs related duties
- Must adhere to relevant federal and state laws; University System of Georgia and Board of Regents guidelines and polices; and to the ABAC Academic Catalog and ABAC Employee Handbook
- Associates degree, bachelors preferred
- 2-3 years experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in computers
- Ability to learn new systems
- Ability to analyze problems and to develop and implement solutions
- Skill in oral and written communication
- High level of attention to detail
- Work is typically performed sitting at a desk while working on a computer in the Office of the Registrar located on the Tifton campus
- Some lifting of boxes and files
- Some crouching and bending
