What You’ll Do
The part-time OPS Advising Assistant assists Dean of Career & Academic Advising with academic recovery and data processing.
The Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting with tracking and supporting students in academic recovery
- Entering, updating, and maintaining student data in Workday and advising systems
- Running and organizing reports on student progress and advising outcomes
- Scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to the Dean and advising team
- Communicating with students regarding advising, registration, and academic status
- Other duties as assigned
