The tutor collaborates with faculty and staff to identify student learning needs and reinforce program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Fundamentals of Nursing
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Pharmacology
- Pathophysiology
- Maternal–Newborn and Pediatric Nursing
- Help students master NCLEX-style questions and clinical reasoning
- Support learners in building confidence, improving study skills, and succeeding in a fast‑paced program
- Collaborate with faculty to reinforce key nursing concepts and program outcomes
- Part-time, up to 25 hours per week (as needed).
- Flexible schedule including some afternoons or evenings based on student demand.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing OR student with exceptional grades in the nursing courses.
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Prior tutoring, teaching, or clinical precepting experience.
- Experience with NCLEX preparation strategies and question formats.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital educational tools.
- Demonstrated academic strength in key nursing content areas.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate students with varied learning styles.
