Responsibilities
Coordinate all design concepts for football recruiting and events by scheduling and prioritizing of requests. Help facilitate the project management for design through work orders. Oversee the production and execution of final design for it to be implemented into print and social media format.
Oversee Assistant Graphic position and interns by recruiting, training, and overseeing the group of creative/graphic design interns. Look for creative ways to attract talent through the University System.
Collaborate with communications and digital departments to ensure synergy between all parties. Create master calendars for monthly and yearly graphics plan. Assist with the development, implementation, and management of the football program’s digital brand, ensuring all digital elements have a consistent look and feel, from visual imagery to content tone and cadence.
Execute the graphic communication plan set by the Assistant Director of Recruiting.
Coordinate all recruiting photo shoots for official and unofficial visits by designing the backdrop. Oversee inventory and distribution of content post photo shoot.
Manage the football program’s creative assets by researching new technology and recommending future purchases. Manage print vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: Post-high school education and/or experience may substitute at the comparable rate.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in graphic designs and social media.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
