Advertised Job Summary

Individualized Support:

• Provide personalized learning assessments to nursing students to identify their unique learning styles, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement customized learning plans and strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of students, with a focus on enhancing study skills, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Offer ongoing guidance and support to students through one-on-one consultations, coaching sessions, and workshops to promote academic success and self-directed learning.
  
  

Resource Development

• Curate and maintain a repository of educational resources, including online tutorials, study guides, and interactive tools, to assist students in accessing supplementary learning materials outside the classroom.
  
  

Workshop Facilitation

• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics related to study skills, exam preparation, time management, and academic success strategies for nursing students.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that encourage student participation and foster a supportive learning community within the College of Nursing.
  
  

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, nursing education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working in higher education, particularly within a nursing education setting, is highly preferred.
