Required Experience
This campaign will support hiring for both temporary positions (not extending beyond December 2027) and regular full-time instructional design roles across multiple levels. Placements may be for either on-site or fully remote opportunities, with decisions based on candidates' experience, education, and demonstrated impact.
Instructional Designer II

- Lead & manage multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Support implementation of system-wide learning initiatives and programs
- Develop rapid, high-quality content in fast-paced environments
- Partner with leaders, HR teams, and SMEs to co-create impactful learning solutions
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for faculty and staff
- Translate complex processes into clear, actionable learning experiences
- Stay current with emerging trends in instructional design and workplace learning
- Engage leading technologies and approaches to enhance learning effectiveness

Instructional Designer II
- Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience running complex, large‑scale programs such as GBAS, RAFT, or comparable efforts
- Proven ability to lead instructional design projects from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation
- Digital Portfolio with at least one Rise Course.
- Advanced experience designing and developing engaging, high-quality learning solutions (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning)
- Strong consultation skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective learning strategies
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with rapid development tools and multimedia learning assets (e.g., Abode Creative Suite, Canva)
- Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and align learning solutions with organizational goals and performance outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to independently design and develop instructional materials across multiple modalities
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills working with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies and evaluating learning effectiveness
