Serving as support staff to the training teams, provides technical and administrative support to the Assistant Director, Training Specialists, and Training Technician in the organization, preparation, management, and control of seminars and courses sponsored by the Office of Legal Education. Based on knowledge of OLE policies and procedures and the Assistant Director’s views, the incumbent prepares draft agendas and a variety of working documents to assist in program planning and development. Functions will include assisting the training teams in preparing, formatting, and proofreading course materials.

Assists in preparing a variety of memoranda, statistical reports, summaries, and other course-related documents and data using automated word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
