Offer primary phone support and take appropriate action to facilitate requests from referring providers in an accurate and timely manner. Enhance patient safety and flow by assisting the Radiologist in managing patient information and priorities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office; ability to work independently; customer service oriented; experience in a busy professional office setting.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associates degree plus three or more years of related professional experience preferred.
