Position Summary:
The Graduate Assistant for Faculty and Staff Engagement supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of professional learning and engagement initiatives within the Office of Academic and Community Engagement. Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position plays a key role in supporting the logistics, communications, and data tracking for a university-wide certificate program, unit-specific workshops and presentations, and additional faculty and staff engagement initiatives across the Office.This role focuses on coordination, operational support, and data-informed program tracking to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality learning experiences for faculty and staff. The Graduate Assistant will gain hands-on experience in program management, professional development initiatives, and higher education administration.

- Assist with coordination of an open-enrollment, ongoing certificate program.
- Support participant registration, tracking, and communication, including confirmations,
- Maintain participant lists, attendance, and completion records.
- Prepare and organize session materials and shared program resources.

- Assist with collection and organization of program evaluation data, including surveys and

- Support basic analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends.
- Assist in preparing summary reports and data visualizations for program assessment.
- Contribute to tracking program outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts.
