- Responsible for performing a wide variety of very high level office and administrative support ranging from executive personal assistant duties to complex administrative coordination for an executive officer or Dean.
- Provides confidential support to maximize the effectiveness of the executive by fulfilling the administrative and scheduling requirements of the office.
- Responsible for special projects, budgetary activities, correspondence, and calendar maintenance.
- Coordinates the collection and analysis of data and the preparation of materials for meetings and conferences.
- Ensures the completion of required reports.
- May act as university-wide liaison.
- May identify issues or problems and research solutions within specific management areas.
