Lead and grow engaging academic enrichment programs for talented middle and high school students, along with test preparation courses for teens and adults. This role oversees the full program lifecycle—including planning, marketing, logistics, risk management, and evaluation—while recruiting, training, and supervising student staff to deliver high-quality experiences. The position also supports the development of new programs, contributes to proposals, and manages contracted youth initiatives, expanding program reach and impact. With a strong focus during the summer, this role leads residential and day programs, supervises staff, and ensures a positive participant experience, with some evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities required to support program success.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
- Experience with OU campus, Touchnet, and Peoplesoft systems preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM systems strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of USC policies, procedures and systems preferred.
- Prior experience in management of camps preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel required. Ability to use phone, fax, PC computers, calculator and speaker phone.
- The employee works in a team environment and must exercise excellent judgement and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to multi-task and work with constant interruptions.
