Responsibilities
The Enterprise Service Engagement (ESE) team serves as the central coordination and customer engagement hub for the Northwest Regional Data Center (NWRDC). The team connects customers, technical teams, finance, compliance, and partners to ensure services, projects, contracts, and communications move forward smoothly, accurately, and on time. ESE focuses on proactive service coordination, operational tracking, customer communication, and process improvement to support reliable, compliant, and customer focused service delivery across state agencies and partners
Provides critical administrative and operational support to the Northwest Regional Data Center’s Enterprise Service Engagement team. This role serves as the central hub for organizing activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication across internal teams, customers, and partners to support NWRDC’s commitment to reliable, customer-focused service delivery.
Enterprise Service Coordination & Engagement: Serves as the primary administrative point of contact for incoming requests, ensuring timely responses through email and the ServiceNow Customer Portal. Coordinates and schedules recurring and ad hoc internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up communications. Tracks project updates across Enterprise Service Engagement, technical, and finance teams to ensure progress and maintain alignment. Supports the Enterprise Service Engagement team in delivering high-quality service experiences that foster strong relationships and long-term engagement.
Data & Reporting Support: Maintains and updates customer information in systems such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Monday, as well as distribution lists, to ensure data integrity. Provides accurate status reporting to the Enterprise Service Engagement team for time-sensitive documents, including estimates, upcoming service level agreements, change orders, and projects, highlighting progress and outstanding actions.
Administrative Support & Logistics: Provides backup support for FLVC conference room bookings, technical setup, and logistics for internal and external meetings when other arrangements are unavailable. Assists in disseminating NWRDC’s Annual Report and other customer communications. Supports internal communication projects and provides assistance to the Enterprise Service Engagement team as needed.
Professional Development & Continuous Improvement: Participates in approved professional development opportunities per NWRDC's policy. Professional development and training is defined as learning undertaken by the employee to maintain and advance their skills, knowledge and competencies, specifically as they relate and add value to the job and workplace.
NWRDC provides support for a wide range of state and local government, as well as K-20 organizations across the State of Florida. These organizations are dependent on NWRDC in order to accomplish their missions. This requires NWRDC to maintain services 24x7, even during times of crisis or emergency. As such, all NWRDC staff are considered essential staff for operations of the State of Florida.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalency and four years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to four years.
