- Ability to understand electric circuit diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals and use same to troubleshoot system problems,make repairs, and install new components.
- Ability to use electric diagnostic test equipment and tools of the electrical trade.
- Ability to understand and apply standard trade practices in performing work
- Standard requirements of the trade: walking, standing, climbing stairs,stooping, crawling, working with hands above head, working from a standard and/or extended ladder and scaffold, lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Most work is performed inside a building.
