The Director of Recruitment’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to increase student enrollment. This position will lead efforts to attract prospective students through targeted outreach, partnerships, and enrollment strategies. The Director of Recruitment will provide direct supervision of the recruitment staff and assist the division to accomplish institutional goals and objectives. This is an exempt level position, and reports directly to the AVP of Student Services.
Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of the recruitment office.
Develop, organize, and implement a diversified plan of student recruitment programs.
Supervise recruiting staff
Represent the college at college fairs, community events, and recruitment presentations.
Coordinate recruitment activities for the college, K-12, andbusiness/industry.
Analyze enrollment trends, demographics, and market data to guide outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop recruitment campaigns.
Work with academic departments to support enrollment goals
Build partnerships with high schools, career centers, and community organizations.
Develop and implementrecruitmentpolicies, procedures, and best practices.
Managetherecruiting budget.Interact with the community through public presentations on studentengagement;collegefairs;and various organizations.
Develop and implementstudent recruitmentgoals and strategies that align with the strategic goals and mission of the college
Serve on college task forces, committees and councils asrequired.
Offer exceptional customer service in a student-centered, professional environment at all times.
Eveningandweekendsmay berequired.
Other duties as assigned. Minimum/Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university
- Three or more years student recruitment experience
Five or more years student recruitment experience
Proficient skills in Banner, Starfish, Argos and Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to: remain in a stationary position for most of the time; occasionally move about inside an office to access documents, office equipment, etc.; constantly operate a computer or other office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine.
