Responsibilities
- Maintain positions in OMNI for budgeting purposes and data integrity, working closely with Human Resources.
- Reconcile faculty & non-faculty E&G rate to allocation using Workday Adaptive Planning and Excel.
- Assist with the facilitation of university-wide pay increases. Provide ad hoc analyses to the Board of Governors, university management, and collective bargaining units for use in estimating and reporting pay increases. Assist with the administration of merit increases.
- Maintain E&G rate and benefit allocations by posting necessary adjustment journals in OMNI. Monitor and correct E&G salary deficits. Provide related support to campus units, including the Office of the Provost.
- Assist with the management of the position budgeting application in Workday Adaptive Planning. Enhance design of application and related reports as needed. Assist with the facilitation of related training of campus users.
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience. (Note: or a post high school education and experience equal to five years.)
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office with proficient knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to gather, analyze, report, and/or edit information.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interpret and apply University policies, procedures, principles, and practices.
- Knowledge of various computer applications and basic computer functions.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
