Position Number: S76050

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,870 - $56,250 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dual fuel steam plant and large electric centrifugal chillers on rotating shifts
• Monitor and maintain detailed operations logs for all equipment and systems
• Oversee energy management computer system operations and performance
• Collaborate with HVAC crew to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve utility problems
• Ensure optimal plant performance and energy efficiency
• Respond to emergency situations and system alarms promptly
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Military and/or some corporate training is equivalent to the Black Seal
• Knowledge of energy management systems and computer monitoring
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
