GRINNELL COLLEGE. The Department Russian invites applications for a one-year term contract with the possibility of renewal appointment beginning Fall 2026. Assistant Professor (Ph.D.) preferred; Instructor (ABD) possible. We are seeking candidates who can teach all levels of Russian, as well as courses in translation, (post) Soviet film studies, or new approaches to post-Soviet studies. Courses on topics in Ukrainian or Central Asian studies are especially welcome. Term contract renewals are subject to departmental and college priorities and budget availability.
