- Teach four undergraduate courses per semester within the Education Concentration.
- Contribute to curriculum design, assessment, and program development as the concentration expands.
- Supervise field observation experiences and strengthen collaborations with Upstate K–12 schools.
- Participate in faculty committees, student engagement initiatives, and campus events.
- Advocate for SMC’s mission to develop the whole student academically, personally, and professionally.
- Teach four undergraduate courses per semester within the Education Concentration.
- Contribute to curriculum design, assessment, and program development as the concentration expands.

Qualifications Required: Required:
- Doctorate in Education or a closely related field (Ph.D., Ed.D.). A Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in education may also be considered.
- Proven excellence in P–12 or higher education teaching.
- Commitment to engaging with a diverse student body.
- Ability to teach face-to-face courses on SMC’s campus.
