- Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for the freshman and transfer orientation programs, (e.g., Welcome to TU, 4-Day orientation). This includes curriculum design, collaboration with campus partners (i.e., Undergraduate Admissions, Academic Advising, Student Activities), assessment, and program logistics. Prepare and disseminate assessment information to campus partners.
- Supervise the Coordinator for New Student and Family Programs with a focus on student leader recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision. Support efforts to recruit, train, supervise, advise, and mentor undergraduate student staff (Orientation Leaders and First Year Experience Leaders) for orientation and Welcome to TU initiatives.
- Co-chair the Welcome to TU campus committee and coordinate events with campus partners during Welcome to TU.
- Recruit, select, train, and supervise one Graduate assistant and/or graduate intern.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Family Weekend
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Demonstrate strong skills in problem solving, event management, and public speaking.
- Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, or related field.
- Experience working with orientation, transfer programs, academic advising, and/or undergraduate admission.
