University’s Health Services (UHS) at Florida State University (FSU) envisions a healthy community where every student thrives. UHS’s mission is to promote and improve the overall health and well-being of FSU students. UHS is housed in the Mary B. Coburn Health and Wellness Center, a 170,000 square-foot multipurpose facility built in 2012. The Health and Wellness Center includes classrooms, a nursing triage clinic, a priority clinic, a fitness center, and a healing garden for personal reflection.
Responsibilities
Provides technical direct customer service support for our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to include hardware, software, and other services relating to the EHR system.
Assists with developing training materials (documentation) and presentations for the EHR system. Assist with providing initial and ongoing training of the EHR system for users.
Works with UHS IT, clinical staff and ancillary departments in the development and design of new and / or enhanced/updated EHR systems.
Assists with online patient engagement activities relating to the EHR system to include patient portal, online scheduling, check-in, kiosk, documents, questionnaires, and survey.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency
This position requires per-employment TB testing and successful completion of post hire OSHA training.
