Job Responsibilities
This position serves as the primary point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors and plays a key role in document intake, workflow coordination, communication,and front-desk management. The Administrative Assistant supports the Assistant Director and Financial Aid Counselors in processing financial aid requests in accordance with
federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma. Must have experience and proficiency with all Microsoft software to include loading programs and troubleshooting minor problems. Must have effective communication skills, be able to work independently and successfully operate as an effective team member.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred requirements include an associate degree or a high school diploma combined with two years of related work experience. Candidates with demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, software, and troubleshooting will be given preference.
