Essential Job Functions
- Teach courses at assigned times using current pedagogical methods, keeping accurate records of students’ grades.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with students, chair of department, and composition director.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants should have an earned graduate degree in Social Work and have two years post MSW experience.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to implement effective and innovative teaching strategies.
- The essential functions of this position are primarily intellectual and relational. The role requires the ability to:
- Communicate effectively in classroom, online, and meeting settings.
- Engage with students, colleagues, and community partners in a respectful and professional manner.
- Utilize technology for teaching, scholarship, and administrative tasks.
