Job Overview
You are invited to apply to be included in the general pool of candidates in the area of Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET) from which part-time faculty are selected. Classes needed staffing may include (but not limited to) both lecture and lab courses in Introduction to Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Circuits, Industrial sensors and PLC Programming. Additional duties may include course development and MET program support.
Essential Functions
Teaching responsibilities include teaching both face-to-face and on-line courses within the Manufacturing Engineering Technology programs to a diverse student population which include first-generation college students.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Electrical or Electronic Technology, Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
Five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing or related industrial fields.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in industrial electronic circuits, programmable logic controllers.
Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.Additional Qualifications Considered

- May serve as an academic advisor for students and evaluate student coursework.
- Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of responsibilities.
- Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
- Other related duties as assigned.
