What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct Instructor - English position at Inside Higher Ed?
The Divisions of English and Humanities and Adult Literacy Services are currently accepting applications for adjunct instructors in English. Preference will be given to instructors who can teach in-person. Courses are taught Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday from 8:30 - 3:45 with some evening sections offered.

RDG 095 - Reading Strategies for College Success
ENG 095 - Writing Strategies for College Success
ENG 101 - English Composition
ENG 102 - Advanced English Composition
Instructors must reside in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington, D.C.
Education And Experience
Applicants must have at minimum a Master’s degree in related field and a minimum of one year of college-level teaching experience is preferred. Applications will be accepted for those who can teach in-person and online sections.
