Education/Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience (2000 hours )
- Long term care experience preferred
- ADN prepared Nurses must complete IDPH Train the Trainer Course for Basic Nursing Assistant Instruction, provide valid IDPH Instructor Code
