Position Responsibilities

Adjunct Faculty members are expected to:

• Deliver high-quality instruction inface-to-faceandonlinecourse formats.
• Employ effective instructional strategies and techniques tailored to undergraduate or graduate teaching.
• Engage students in research or professional experiences, as appropriate.
• Participate in University activities that align with the institution’s mission.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
• Master’s degree in the discipline (or 18 graduate credit hours in the field) from an accredited institution.
• APh.D. is requiredfor teaching at the graduate level.
• Experience:
• A minimum ofthree years of relevant professional experienceis required.
• At leastone year of teaching experience in higher educationis preferred.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional methods and the ability to motivate and evaluate students effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
