Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant II maintains accurate financial records. Provides accounting and bookkeeping support. Assists University staff in understanding industry standards, current laws, and university policy as it relates to the financial affairs of the University. Provides guidance and trains entry-level Accounting Assistants.
Additional Department Summary: Assists with administrative and budgetary duties for the Financial Affairs Office in the College of Education.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; OR associate's degree or higher.
