The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Boston University is launching a significant expansion of undergraduate advising by increasing the number of professional academic advisors, each of whom will work with a caseload of approximately 200 students in one of our undergraduate schools or colleges. Our advisors engage in holistic academic advising that supports exploration and helps students realize academic, career and life goals. Colleges and Schools with open academic advisor positions include the College of Arts & Sciences, the College of Engineering, the School of Hospitality Administration, Questrom School of Business, and Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Required Skills

Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience required.
