Are you someone who enjoys staying busy, working with your hands, keeping things organized, and being part of a team that makes a difference? We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Assistant Workshop Supervisor to help keep our workshop running smoothly!

As our Assistant Workshop Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in daily workshop operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep Things Moving: Help set up work operations and complete material handling and other assignments from the Workshop Supervisor.
• Quality Matters: Help ensure work meets established quality standards and is completed with care and attention to detail.
• Safety First: Maintain clean, neat, and safe work areas while helping protect the well-being of workshop participants.
• Equipment & Inventory: Assist with production and inventory records, care for assigned equipment, and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Teamwork in Action: Collaborate with workshop, rehabilitation, and office staff to keep daily operations running efficiently.
• Protect What Matters: Help safeguard agency equipment, materials, and contracted work.
• Step Up When Needed: Serve as a substitute for the Workshop Supervisor when assigned, helping oversee operations and keep the team on track.
• Keep Everyone in the Loop: Communicate workshop updates, operational concerns, and important details to the supervisor and management.

Pay Rate: $17.41 – $17.89/hour
