What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Assistant - Aesthetics position at Inroads Aesthetics and Medical Spa?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing aesthetic practice. The Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) will have a high degree of operational autonomy and influence in the development of clinical workflows, patient experience initiatives, treatment offerings, and overall practice growth. The provider will work closely with physician leadership to establish best practices and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.
Services will include aesthetic consultations and treatments, including injectables, skin rejuvenation procedures, wellness services, and other non-surgical cosmetic therapies. The practice also offers Kegel chair treatments for pelvic floor strengthening and urinary incontinence management, providing patients with additional wellness and quality-of-life solutions.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial provider who enjoys building patient relationships, growing a practice, and taking ownership of both clinical and operational success.
Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
