What We Need: Part-time Intern to support adult individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a group setting within the Community Works department.
What You'll Do
Location: 520 Clanton Rd Suite A Charlotte, NC 28217
Rate: $12.00 per hour
Job Type: Intern, Part-time 15-25 hrs/week. 4-6 month internship
All InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

- Assists with planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring programs and events that meet the needs of day support participants.
- Assists with individual participation.
- Assists with agency and program functions.
- Assists with operations.
- Cares for customers.
- Respects customers.
- Assists with the facilitation of access to community resources.
- Assists with the contribution of team effort.
- High School Diploma
- Currently enrolled in college
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong verbal skills
- Positive outlook
- Friendly and Caring demeanor
- Willingness to Learn and Grow
- Experience helping people with disabilities.
