Summary
We’re looking for a Client Support & Digital Marketing Assistant to help with client communication, project assistance, internal coordination, and routine digital marketing tasks across client accounts.
This is a client-facing, support-focused role, and we're looking for a long-term team member. You’ll help keep clients informed and projects organized while supporting day-to-day marketing execution. This role does not own strategy, timelines, or client decisions.
You’ll work closely with the Owner to help ensure work stays on track and communication flows smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Client Communication
• Handle routine client emails, follow-ups, and updates independently • Send status updates and basic reports
• Filter and escalate client communications as needed
• Maintain a professional, calm, on-brand tone
Project & Team Support:
• Assist with tracking projects and task progress
• Log client requests and update tasks as directed
• Follow up internally to ensure work is moving forward
• Keep project boards and notes organized
Digital Marketing Support:
• Support internal team
• Publish and review blog posts
• Make simple website update
• Assist with day-to-day digital marketing tasks as needed (training provided)
Important Notes:
• This is a support-level role, not consulting, leadership, or strategy
• Final decisions and timelines remain with leadership
• Clear processes and direction will be provided
Requirements:
• Prior digital marketing experience required
• Strong written communication skills (this role is client-facing)
• Comfortable working in WordPress and social platforms
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
