SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Sourcer to join our HR team. The Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential candidates for our company’s open positions. The Sourcer will be knowledgeable in the latest recruiting trends and technologies and develop an excellent understanding of our company’s culture and values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
o Develop and implement effective sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
o Identify potential candidates through the use of job boards, social networks, and other online recruiting tools.
o Utilize Indeed and LinkedIn search techniques to locate passive candidates.
o Screen and assess potential candidates for open positions.
o Reach out to potential candidates to build relationships and encourage them to apply.
o Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
o Track and report on sourcing activities and results.
o Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS
o Microsoft Office
o Applicant Tracking System (Bamboo HR)
o CRM and Talent Management Pipeline Tools
o Boolean search operators and sourcing extensions
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
· 5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing/Recruiting
· Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques and trends
· Excellent knowledge of job boards, social media, and other online recruiting tools
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Able to build relationships with potential candidates
· Able to handle confidential information with discretion
