Job Description
- Mig welding of aluminum and steel.
- Some fabrication will be required with this position.
- Welding on carbon steel of various thickness with MIG.
- Welding on aluminum of various thickness in with MIG.
- Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
- Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality.
- Must be proficient in aluminum and steel.
- Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity.
- Responding to quick turn-around orders some overtime required.
- Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Maintain and clean equipment and work area.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- 3 years’ experience Mig & Tig welding aluminum & steel
- Certified Welder a plus
- Must be able to read prints & ACCURATELY read a tape measure
- Must have reliable transportation
- Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs.
