What you will do:
- Learn various roles of the production area.
- Operate machines such as scissor lifts and high-speed cutting saws.
- Sort, label, and store materials.
- Verify work orders.
- Count and pack a specified number of shades per hour.
- Adhere to safety protocols and production standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a strong dedication to providing quality work.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience with cutting tables, metal, and textiles is preferred.
Physical Demands and Environment:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels from production machinery.
- Occasional computer work.
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday; 6 am - 2:30 pm, 30 min lunch.
