Our products help businesses simplify communication and grow, and much of that success comes through our partners, dealers, and referral network.
- We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Channel Sales Representative to help grow our network of partners and dealers. You’ll be the first point of contact identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new business partners who want to resell or refer RingByName services.
What You’ll Do
- Research and prospect new partners and dealers (telecom resellers, IT consultants, MSPs, ISPs, and other tech providers).
- Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and follow up on inbound interest.
- Present the RingByName Referral and Dealer Programs via phone, email, and online demos.
- Explain program benefits, commissions, and support structure clearly and professionally.
- Onboard new partners and guide them through their first sales milestones.
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
What You Bring
- 2 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Excellent phone and communication skills; confident, persuasive, and professional.
- Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close new business partnerships.
- Knowledge of VoIP, cloud communications, or IT services is highly desirable.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software’s.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience.
